Bifacial or two-sided solar panels

Bifacial solar panels are an innovative technology that allows solar panels to absorb solar energy not only from the front side but also from the back side. These panels take advantage of reflected sunlight, thereby enabling higher energy production compared to conventional single-sided panels. Bifacial technology enhances solar energy collection and can be effective in various environments, potentially offering a beneficial solution for improving solar energy production. Intrigued? Half-Cut solar panel technology

Half-Cut technology is one of the latest innovations in the solar industry, and it operates on a simple principle. The elements of solar panels are cut in half, which ensures better optimization against shading.

In a conventional solar panel, there are 60 different elements, and if even one element is shaded, it results in a significant decrease in productivity. With Half-Cut technology panels, there are twice as many elements.

For the end-user, this translates to increased productivity throughout the year and better revenue potential.

Our client feedback

I had been planning for some time to install solar panels on the roof, and as if by chance, I saw a sign on a garden fence on Mustvee Street advertising a company that does exactly this kind of work. From there, it was not difficult to make a choice, especially since it was a “local” person making it happen. The initial goal was to save on electricity costs, and the high market prices at the time also promised a decent sales income. My assessment of working with Division Red – the most important component was the so-called “turnkey” solution. This means that communication and bureaucracy with the local government, project preparation and approvals, and, of course, the work itself were all handled in a way that required very little time from me as the client. Therefore, the cooperation was very smooth, and finding construction solutions for equipment installation and cabling was relatively straightforward. Initially, only solar panels and an inverter were installed, allowing excess electricity to be sold back to the grid. Since in recent years this has proven to be a relatively low-efficiency activity, a battery was also added. Now, stored electricity can be used during peak hours.

Today, it can be said with confidence that installing a solar park in a household without battery storage doesn’t make much sense, because consumption mostly happens when production isn’t occurring, and unfortunately, the best market prices don’t usually coincide with peak production times. What I personally appreciated at the start was that they were ready to provide a potential profitability calculation and the best solution tailored to the client’s needs. Of course, this was conditional, since not all nuances can be forecasted far in advance. This gives the client a much more confident feeling when making a decision.

I also personally liked that at the beginning of the cooperation, Division Red was ready to present a potential profitability calculation and the best solution that matched my needs. Again, this was conditional, as it’s impossible to predict every detail long-term. This approach gave me a lot of confidence in making the decision.

At no point did I doubt that I was being offered something unsuitable. The solution was carefully thought out and calculated. During the installation of the solar park, it was clear that the team had extensive experience, and the work was completed exactly on schedule. Another very important aspect is that communication with the client doesn’t actually end with installation and handover—that is, there is after-sales service. It has always been possible to ask for advice later, and Division Red can quickly check if the solar park is working properly. In any case, I highly recommend them!
